Line trees are still standing. Several travel corridors through and a hardwood/old pine area on the small creek. Easy walking on old logging roads that can be ridden with ATV/UTV through volunteer growth. Plenty of deer sign found. Land is huntable as it sits right now. First time ever the landowner will allow the hunter to create your own food plots if you want. He will allow the cutting of pine to establish. BEFORE YOU CUT I NEED TO BE NOTIFIED.
